This policy explains what information Heyloo collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it minimal — we only collect what we need to build your invitation and process your payment.

2. Information we collect
Invitation content you provide
The details you enter to build your invitation — names, event dates, venue and location, your messages, uploaded photos, and your chosen song. You decide what to include.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details. From Razorpay we receive confirmation of your payment and basic contact details you provide at checkout (such as your email address and phone number) so we can identify your order, send a receipt, and help you recover your link.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, which helps us keep the service secure and working.
Advertising measurement
When you arrive through an advertisement, Google Ads and Meta Ads may use cookies or similar browser storage to tell us whether that visit led to a purchase. This measurement includes technical identifiers and purchase value, but we do not send your invitation content, card details, email address, or phone number to these advertising platforms for this purpose.
3. How we use your information
- To generate, host, and serve your invitation at its link.
- To process your one-time payment and provide a receipt.
- To respond to your support requests and help you recover your link.
- To keep Heyloo secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your invitation content for advertising.
4. Your invitation is public by design
An invitation is meant to be shared. Anyone who has your invitation link can open it and see everything in it — names, photos, event details, and your song. Please don’t include sensitive information you wouldn’t want a link-holder to see, and only share your link with people you intend to invite.
5. Where your data is stored
Your invitation content and order records are stored using Supabase (database and file storage) in an India (Mumbai) region, and the site is served through Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run Heyloo:
- Razorpay — to process payments;
- Supabase — to store your invitation and order;
- Vercel — to host and deliver the website;
- Google Ads and Meta Ads — to measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase;
- authorities or advisors, where required by law or to protect our rights.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your published invitation live for 6 months from the date you publish it, after which it may be removed from our systems. You can also ask us to remove it sooner at any time. Order and payment records are retained as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information or your published invitation. Email hello@heyloo.in and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
Heyloo is not directed at children, and purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or older.
10. Cookies and analytics
Heyloo uses browser storage needed to make the site work (for example, keeping your in-progress invitation while you build it). We also use Google Ads and Meta Ads tags to measure visits and completed purchases from our advertising. These platforms may set or read advertising measurement cookies for this purpose. You can block these through your browser settings; doing so does not stop you from using Heyloo.
11. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take care to safeguard what you entrust to us.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
