Delivery Policy

Heyloo is a fully digital product. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address to enter — your invitation is delivered to you instantly, online.

What you receive

When you pay the one-time fee, Heyloo generates your invitation and gives you a single shareable link (for example, heyloo.in/i/your-invite). That link is your product — you can open it, and share it with your guests on WhatsApp or anywhere else.

When it is delivered

Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your link is created and shown to you on screen, ready to copy and share. There is no waiting period.

No shipping charges

Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping or delivery fees. The one-time price shown at checkout is all you pay.

If something goes wrong

If your payment succeeds but your link doesn’t appear — for example, if your connection dropped at the last step — don’t worry. Contact us at hello@heyloo.in with the email or phone number used at checkout and we’ll deliver your link right away, or make it right under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Keeping your link

After delivery, please save your invitation link somewhere safe (for instance, message it to yourself). Since Heyloo works without an account, your link is the key to your invitation.
